FEDSINC.com Services relates to any and all unaltered content displayed by, and originating from, FEDSINC.com's system to the end user. The use of FEDSINC.com Services is a privilege, not a right.  
 
Personal Use Only 
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, FEDSINC.com Services are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the FEDSINC.com Services to sell a product or service, or to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales. You may not take the results from FEDSINC.com and reformat and display them, or mirror FEDSINC.com pages on your Web site. Usage of FEDSINC.com Services are reserved for those of legal drinking age, as regulated by the user's current state, province or country. Failure to observe this will result in immediate termination of services without warning.  
 
Privacy Policy:  
Data Collection 
FEDSINC.com (or a 3rd party solution provider) collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your query and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.  
 
Some of our services require you to register for an account. FEDSINC.com asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service.  
 
Information Sharing  
We do not rent, sell or giveaway your personally identifying information to other companies or individuals. Unless subject to display, all of your information is strictly confidential and its sole usage will be to provide enhanced content on FEDSINC.com.  
 
Fighting Spam 
To fight spam, your email address will never be shown and is used solely by FEDSINC.com.

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. FEDSINC.com retains the right to use all user submitted content as we see fit, however same content remains the intellectual property of the user or its owner. FEDSINC.com disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for infringements or damages made by its users. Additionally, FEDSINC.com is not liable for any and all lost, damaged, deleted or stolen materials submitted by its users.  
 
User and User Content Removal 
FEDSINC.com retains the right to delete user accounts, all associated content, or selective content, without notice or explanation, and may not be held liable for the loss of users or user content. The backup of intellectual property to a non-FEDSINC.com Service or personal media device is the sole responsibility of the user.  
 
Display of Third-Party Information and Materials 
FEDSINC.com Services displays listings of establishments and product images, including, but not limited to, names, addresses, phone numbers, Web site links and digital images. Said materials are displayed for educational and informational purposes.  
 
FEDSINC.com disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the display of product images posted by its users. Product images are displayed exclusively to signed-in FEDSINC.com site members for reference and educational use only. All trademarks and brands displayed in product images remain the property of the owner of the displayed product. Claims of intellectual property or copyright from individuals who do not hold ownership of the product displayed within the image will not be acknowledged. All claims must be sent via mail to ensure receipt.  
 
Disclaimer of Warranties 
FEDSINC.com disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, reliability, or operability or availability of information or material displayed in any and all FEDSINC.COM SERVICES results. THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE FEDSINC.COM SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE FEDSINC.COM SERVICES, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE FEDSINC.COM SERVICES OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE FEDSINC.COM SERVICES. THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL FURTHER APPLY WITH RESPECT TO THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF THE FEDSINC.COM SERVICES OR ANY INFORMATION OR MERCHANDISE THAT APPEARS ON, OR IS LINKED OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE FEDSINC.COM SERVICES. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.  
 
SOME STATES OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  
 
Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall FEDSINC.com be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.  
 
Changes In Terms and Conditions 
We may modify or terminate our services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party.
